Beyond the estate, the Basque coast becomes the day’s horizon. Lunch overlooking the Bay of Biscay and an unhurried afternoon in Biarritz before returning to the château for the evening.

The Estate awakens to the quiet promise of a summer day. The day turns toward the region’s food and wines before concluding with the annual heritage evening – a journey through the countryside by vintage car and candlelight around the long table.
