“Casa Mente”, “we”, “our”, “us” refer to Casa Mente SASU and its team.
“You”, “guest”, “participant” refer to any individual booking or attending.
“Retreat” refers to the Casa Mente experience including accommodation, meals, classes, and activities.

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Deposits, where offered, are strictly non-refundable.
Remaining balances must be paid by the deadline stated in your booking confirmation.
 
Casa Mente reserves the right to cancel bookings not paid in full by the stated deadline.

If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another participant, subject to prior written approval by Casa Mente.
 
Casa Mente does not offer refunds for cancellations initiated by the participant, under any circumstances including but not limited to illness, travel disruption, personal reasons, or scheduling conflicts.
 
Guests are responsible for obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to cover such circumstances.

 Each Casa Mente retreat requires a minimum number of confirmed participants in order to be delivered as intended.
 
Casa Mente reserves the right to postpone or reschedule a retreat if this minimum is not reached within a reasonable timeframe prior to the scheduled start date.
 
In such cases, participants will be offered:
 
• a transfer to a rescheduled edition of the same retreat  
• or a credit equal to the amount paid, valid for 12 months, to be applied toward another Casa Mente retreat  
 
Casa Mente will provide clear notice and ensure a smooth transition to a future experience wherever possible.
 
Nothing in this section limits any rights that may apply under mandatory consumer protection laws. This may include cases where the retreat cannot be delivered at the intended standard. These solutions constitute full settlement of any claims related to such cancellation.

You confirm that you are mentally, emotionally, and physically able to participate.
 
Participation in all activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
 
Casa Mente is not responsible for injuries, losses, delays, or unforeseen circumstances occurring before, during, or after the retreat.

Guests are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, injury, and personal belongings.
 
Casa Mente is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

Casa Mente retreats are designed as private and discreet experiences.
 
Participants may not photograph, film, or publish identifiable content of other guests without their explicit consent.
 
Participants must respect the privacy, discretion, and confidentiality of all attendees.
 
Casa Mente reserves the right to request removal of any content that compromises guest privacy.

Casa Mente retreats are curated, private experiences. All content captured during the retreat forms part of the Casa Mente environment.
 
Participants may not use any content captured during a Casa Mente retreat for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
 

• promoting their own retreats

• promoting competing experiences

• marketing services or brands

• launching similar concepts

• commercial storytelling

• retreat promotion

• brand positioning

 
 
This applies to:
 

• content captured by participants

• content captured by Casa Mente

• content captured by other guests

• content captured by third parties

• behind-the-scenes material

• group imagery

• identifiable retreat setting

• programming, rituals, or experience flow

 
 
Participants may share personal memories for non-commercial use only, provided that:
 

• Casa Mente is credited

• no other guests are identifiable without consent

• content is not used for commercial positioning

• content is not used to promote another retreat or service

 
 
Use of Casa Mente retreat content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.
 
Casa Mente reserves the right to request immediate removal of any content violating these terms. Failure to comply may result in legal action.

Participants are expected to act with discretion, respect, and professionalism.
 
Casa Mente reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the retreat environment.
 
No refund will be issued in such cases.

Casa Mente is not liable for changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including venue unavailability, weather, travel disruption, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
 
Casa Mente reserves the right to reschedule retreats in such cases. Refunds will not be issued.

Casa Mente reserves the right to adjust schedule, instructors, programming, or experiences when necessary.
 
Such adjustments do not constitute grounds for refund.

Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the end of the retreat.
 
Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the retreat as delivered.

The Casa Mente concept, retreat format, structure, branding, experience design, and associated materials are the intellectual property of Casa Mente.
 
Participants may not replicate, copy, adapt, or commercially reproduce any Casa Mente retreat format or experience design for commercial use.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France.
 
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
 
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Casa Mente and the participant.
